"Eruption means a materiel is coming out of something. Most often we identify eruption with a volcano, The volcano is erupting that mean it has lave coming out of it. We also can use eruption to describe someone's emotion.
He is erupting with anger. It normally describe some one in excess of a normal feeling so they are not just happy they are not just sad they are erupting that means they have to much of something."
